Turkish Citizenship Law
Applying for Turkish Citizenship is a complex process that involves many steps and can take months. Applicants have preparatory work to do in advance and application documents to assemble, depending on the type of application they will choose in the future. On the other hand, applicants need to take legal action in multiple institutions.
In order to facilitate this process and ensure the legal security of our clients, we provide pre-application private consultancy and representation in governmental institutions. This legal support, which we provide especially for citizenship applications made through real estate investment, covers multiple works and transactions, examples of which are listed below:
- Preparing the necessary preparations prior to the application; providing legal support for gathering documents,

On the other hand, applications for residence permits in Turkey through proxy can only be made by lawyers. This rule has been introduced to ensure the legal security of foreigners and to prevent them from being victimized by third parties.
